NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Dec. 12, 2012) Brad Paisley’s video for his current single, “Southern Comfort Zone,” definitely took him out of the comfortable surroundings of his Nashville, TN home. After 10,000 miles, eight countries in eight days, two cameras, one tractor, one Maasi giraffe and six jackets – Paisley had a video.
The video premiered on Ustream this past Monday followed by a live chat with Paisley. #bradpaisleychat trended on Twitter and Twitter created 10,285,980 impressions and reached an audience of 2,965,144 followers – during the broadcast alone.
“Southern Comfort Zone” is directed by Jim Shea, who also directed Paisley’s award winning videos “Waitin’ On A Woman,” “Start A Band,” and “When I Get Where I’m Going,” as well as “Welcome to the Future” and “Water.” “Southern Comfort Zone” is from Paisley’s upcoming album due out April 9 and enters the Top 10 this week on country airplay charts.
